DELIVERY

We typically process orders within one to two business days and ship with standard carriers.  

HOLIDAY DELIVERY

For arrival prior to December 25 please use the following guidelines*: 

Free Shipping: December 15 by 6pm PST

Standard: December 16 by noon PST

Priority: December 19 by noon PST

Express: December 20 by noon PST

Air: December 23 by noon

*Our deadlines were developed based on UPS deadlines. Please note that we will do our best to get all standard packages ordered before 3pm out the same day.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Purchases made after December 1 can be returned until January 8.

To return or exchange your product, head to our Doubletake Returns Page and enter your email and order number. Use the original packaging to ensure that products are not damaged during return transit. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our goal is zero returns. However, if you don't fall in love at first sight, that's okay! You can send your product back for a refund, store credit or exchange. 

We make returns hassle-free by providing you with an easy-to-use, free printable return shipping label.

Returns and exchanges usually take about a week to process, and you'll receive email updates so you're in the loop on the status.

What exactly can I return?

  • Unused products in new condition with tags and original packaging that were delivered within the last 14 days and mailed to a US address. 
  • Returns must be mailed within 7 days of return request.

What exactly can’t I return?

  • Products that don't meet the above criteria
  • Any item you didn’t purchase from our website
  • "Final Sale" items, sample and like new bags
  • Items that have previously been sent in for repair
  • Gift cards, gift wrap, greeting cards, customized products, patches, flair, initials & Swig water bottles

Return Exceptions

  • Products crammed into small boxes will not be refunded - it ruins their structure. Products mailed in very large boxes will be charged for the increase in postage.
  • Items discounted 20% or more can be exchanged for another product or for store credit.
  • Items discounted 40% or more are final sale.

How do I return or exchange a gift?

Enter the order number and the email of the person who gave you the gift here. If you don't have the order number, please email us at doubletake@shopdoubletake.com. You’ll need to provide the name and email address used for the order.

Returns can be refunded to the original form of payment, exchanged for another item or given as store credit.

What if I don’t have a receipt or I got my items from one of your retail partners?

If you don’t have proof of purchase, email us at doubletake@shopdoubletake.com and we’ll try our hardest to find the info you need. If you purchased your items from somewhere besides our website, you’ll need to return at that location within the guidelines of their return policy.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes. Our products are high quality, and we are reasonable people. If your item doesn’t hold up or has a defect, you can return it.
